Since our products are Handmade, their designs can be slightly different from each other so the original item which will be delivered would probably have a little bit differences with what you see in the photos depend on artists creativity. 

Return policies

Exchange or Store Credit 

Miss Pop Art Craft Gallery is happy to offer full Refund, exchange or gallery credit for items brought or sent back within 30 days of purchase if buyers returned items in exactly same conditions of buying and on their own shipping costs. Due to the nature of artworks, if anything happened during the returning process then we cannot accept returns and nothing will be refunded. For exchanging or gallery credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.​ Fully refund for sold item will be done after receiving the item. Buyer must tolerate the shipping cost for returning. 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit. All sales are final on reduced-price and seasonal items. 

Damaged items 

If you believe your artwork is defective, damaged in transit, or your order was sent to you incorrectly, please contact us for an exchange. We are using the best possible shipping service in the country with high-quality packaging to reduce the risk of damage. You can reach out to us at info@misspoparts.com / Support@misspoparts.com on the same date as the received date. We do not accept any requests after 48 hours passing this time for an exchange or gallery credit

Shipping costs for returning is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item valued over $100, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.

Despite our commitment to our customers, the gallery will not be responsible for returned items lost in the mail .
